We are a small Perth commercial cleaning company. Your site is allocated to a named cleaner rather than a rotating pool, and the person who answers the phone is the person who can fix a problem.

We walk the site, count the rooms, and send a written quote within one business day, with the scope set out so you know exactly what you are buying. There is no charge for the visit.

If you are outside that, call and ask. We would rather tell you no than quote a site we cannot service properly.

How much does commercial cleaning cost in Perth?
Sentra's rate starts at $50+GST per hour. What a site costs depends on floor area and layout, how often we attend, and what is in scope, particularly the number of bathrooms and kitchens. We walk the site before quoting rather than giving a figure over the phone, and the written quote comes back within one business day.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes, and most of our sites are cleaned outside trading. Evenings, early mornings, overnight and weekends are all standard, and we hold a dedicated after-hours service for businesses that cannot have cleaners on site while they are open.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There is no lock-in contract, no minimum term and no exit fee. The first week of your first month is free, and after that you continue for as long as it suits you.
Are your cleaners screened?
Every cleaner holds a National Police Clearance before their first shift and is walked through your site's scope before cleaning unsupervised.
What insurance do you carry?
$20 million public liability. We provide a certificate of currency on request, in whatever format your building manager, landlord or strata company requires.
Can you take over from our current cleaner?
Yes, and most new sites are a switch rather than a first arrangement. We can usually start once your current arrangement ends, subject to availability. Where a site has been professionally cleaned, the first visit is a reset at no extra charge. Where it has been staff-cleaned or left for a while, that reset is quoted separately, because it is catch-up work rather than maintenance.
What is not included?
Licensed trade work. Kitchen exhaust canopies and grease traps, confined space entry, work at height requiring elevated platforms, hazardous material handling, and clinical or sharps waste. Specialist periodic work is discussed and quoted separately.
